PREFERENCE SCREEN

To remove a quote from the Quotes screen, select and highlight it with the mouse and press either the “backspace” or “delete” key on your keyboard. Or, select the quote position you wish to delete (using the drop-down box at the bottom of the screen), and then press the “Remove Quote” button.

Remember, you must click the “Save Page” button to permanently store changes made to your quotes set-up.

Custom Symbol List
Customize your Order Entry screen symbol list by selecting products using the “Commodity” pull-down box at the bottom of the screen. Select a commodity from the list, press the “Add Commodity” button, and it will be added to your customized symbol list. Customization will apply only to the symbol lists on the Order Entry screen.

In order to apply your customized list, you must select the “Use Custom CCs” check box on the Order Entry screen. To remove a commodity from your list, select it in the list box, and click the “Clear Commodity” button.

Default Order Type and Quantity
These settings establish your default order type and quantity for orders created directly from the Quotes screen.
