The Quotes Screen
The Quotes screen is used to display your customized quote page (created from the Preference screen), display Wildcard Quotes and view Quick Quotes.

Quotes displayed on this page are “real-time snapshots” displayed in response to a quote request and are not updated automatically, as is the case for “streaming” quote pages. In other words, you must click one of the quote retrieval buttons in order to receive a current quote. Retrieved quotes reflect the most current quote information available, as indicated by the “tick time” field in the quote display grid.

Quotes that have a positive net change are displayed in blue; negative net change is displayed in red; and no net change is displayed in black.

Quote Page Display
To display your customized quote page, simply click the “Refresh Quote Page” button. Note that changes made to your quote page via the Preference screen will not take effect until you click the “Refresh Quote Page” button.

Wildcard Quote Display
Retrieve quotes for all contract months and years for a given symbol with a “Wildcard Quote.” Enter the symbol without the month or year, press the “Wildcard Quote” button, and quotes for all contracts for the specified symbol will be retrieved.

For Wildcard quotes, you can specify futures or options quotes by clicking the “Futures,” “Puts,” or “Calls” radio buttons located at the bottom of the screen. The default setting is for futures quotes.
